Rental Process
- Identify venue(s) of interest.
- Consider logistics, timing and equipment and A/V needs.
- Complete the Rental Request Form.
- Allow us 3-5 business days to determine space availability and follow up regarding your request.
- Confirm event by signing the contract and providing insurance (if applicable) and payment.

Rental Request Form
Our rental request form is where you start the process of making a rental. A few reminders:
- A three week minimum advance notice on all rental requests is required.
- A certificate of insurance is required for non-student fee funded Affiliated Student Organizations (ASOs) and non-OSU recognized organizations.
- Questions can be emailed to [email protected].
