Fitness and Wellness Leadership Program

The leadership program is comprised of a combination of courses and hands-on experiences have been strategically assembled to grow an experiential understanding of resistance training and lead to competitive placement in Recreational Sports, PAC and Faculty Staff Fitness, as well as post-graduation kinesiology careers.

Empower Hours

Empower Hours are inclusive, strength training sessions designed to create welcoming spaces for movement, connection and empowerment. These free weekly sessions offer guided resistance training in a supportive environment where everyone can feel strong and seen.

All OSU students and Rec Sports members are welcome to attend.
