DAM Fit is a group training class led by certified trainers, featuring a variety of workouts happening simultaneously. It incorporates strength, agility and cardio into a high-intensity interval training workout that allows you to push yourself as much as you're comfortable.

The Small Group Training at Oregon State University offers a focused, high-impact fitness experience designed to help you build strength, skill, and confidence alongside a supportive community. The pass provides access to multiple classes from a variety of formats including Olympic Lifting, Kickboxing, Functional Training and more!

With class sizes capped at 8 participants, you'll receive individualized attention from expert instructors while enjoying the motivation and camaraderie of a team.

Fitness Assessments

Rec Sports has a variety of fitness assessments designed to help you gain an improved understanding of your health and fitness. Rec Sports assessments include:

  • General Assessments: Evaluate cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and flexibility.
  • Specialty Assessments: Include body composition analysis (InBody), movement assessment and One Rep Max estimation.
  • Total Assessment: Comprehensive fitness evaluation covering cardio, muscular endurance, heart rate zones and flexibility.
