Empower Hours

Empower Hours are inclusive, strength training sessions designed to create welcoming spaces for movement, connection and empowerment. These free weekly sessions offer guided resistance training in a supportive environment where everyone can feel strong and seen.
All OSU students and Rec Sports members are welcome to attend. Please register for each session.

Why Participate in Empower Hours
Community & Connection
- Empower Hours are designed to support individuals who may not always feel comfortable in traditional fitness spaces. These sessions prioritize belonging and community.
Guided Strength Training
- Led by certified instructors, each session focuses on resistance training fundamentals, helping you build strength, confidence and comfort in the weight room.
