Group Fitness at Oregon State University offers a fun, inclusive and energizing way to stay active. Our diverse lineup of classes has something for every fitness level and interest, from high-energy cardio to mindful movement and strength training. With expert-led instruction, a welcoming community, and flexible scheduling, you’ll find the motivation and support to move your body and boost your well-being.
