A Fitness Representative and Client participate in a general fitness assessment.

General Assessments: $20 (45 min)

Cardio

Evaluate your current cardiovascular fitness level. Includes:

  • Resting heart rate measurement.
  • Target heart rate zones for workout intensity.
  • Cardiovascular capacity and endurance assessment.

Muscular Endurance

Measure how well your muscles resist fatigue. Includes assessments for:

  • Upper body.
  • Lower body.
  • Core muscle groups.

Flexibility 

Assess the range of motion of your muscles and joints. Includes evaluations of:

  • Shoulder rotation.
  • Trunk rotation.
  • Shoulder flexibility.
  • Groin flexibility.
  • Hamstring/back flexibility.

A Fitness Representative guides a client through the Inbody Fitness Assessment.

Specialty Assessments: $25

InBody (20 minutes)

Uses Bioelectric Impedance Analysis (BIA) for a quick (1-minute), non-invasive body composition analysis. Provides a detailed breakdown of:

  • Muscle mass.
  • Fat mass.
  • Body water content.

Movement (60 minutes)

Assess your body’s movement through five primary everyday movements. Includes evaluations of:

  • Posture.
  • Lower body movement.
  • Upper body movement.
  • Rotation.

One Rep Max - 1RM (60 minutes)

Optimize your workouts to efficiently achieve your fitness goals. Includes: 

  • An estimate of your One Rep Max to enhance your lifting sessions.
  • Options include squats, bench-press and dead-lift.
