DAM Fit is Oregon State University’s signature high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program designed to push your limits and elevate your fitness. With a team-based atmosphere, expert coaching and workouts that adapt to all fitness levels, DAM Fit helps you build strength, endurance and confidence.

Invest in your health with a DAM Fit pass. Choose the plan that fits your schedule, goals and budget. Three sessions per week for $60 or two sessions per week for $45 per term.

DAM Fit Schedule & Details
Three-Session DAM Fit

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at noon or 5 p.m.

Includes fitness assessments to track progress.

Features “Fun Friday” workouts for team-building and variety.

Cost: $60 per term.
Two-Session DAM Fit
- Monday and Wednesday at 4 or 6 p.m.
- Streamlined format without assessments or Fun Friday.
- Cost: $45 per term.
Details
- Sessions are held on the McAlexander Fieldhouse turf field.
- Registration is open to OSU students and Rec Sports members.
- Classes start Monday of Week 2.
- You must register by Friday, Week 2 of the term.
