It's never too late to learn how to swim! This clinic is perfect for adults with little to no swim experience who want to overcome fear, build confidence, and develop essential water safety and swimming skills in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Led by patient, certified instructors, this clinic focuses on comfort in the water, basic swim skills and water safety. We create a calm, encouraging atmosphere where adults can learn alongside others at a similar experience level. No pressure, no rush—just progress, one step at a time. No experience required.
Prerequisites: Just bring a swimsuit, a towel, and the courage to try something new!

Swim Workout Clinic
Ready to dive into a fun and challenging workout? This coached swim session combines stroke technique, interval training and endurance work to give you a full-body, low-impact workout that’s adaptable for all fitness levels.
Whether you’re a seasoned lap swimmer or just getting back into the pool, workouts are modified to meet you where you are. You will receive:
- Structured swim sets with technique tips.
- Cardiovascular and strength training in the water.
- A welcoming, inclusive environment.
- A great way to de-stress, stay active and meet others on campus.
Prerequisite: Participants should be able to swim at least 100 yards continuously (any stroke). Perfect for cross-training, active recovery, or just staying in shape—this class is your new favorite way to move!
