With progressive programming and a strong sense of community, you’ll build strength, skill, and confidence together.

Small Group Training Formats

Olympic Lifting

  • Build technique around Olympic lifts like the clean, jerk, and snatch. This full body workout includes diverse exercises to help learn and improve performance. Improve power and strength with a dynamic trainer led workout.

Kickboxing

  • Boost your strength and endurance with our Kickboxing class. This high intensity interval based class combines elements of boxing and martial arts. Enjoy a high energy dynamic workout while.

Functional Training

  • Improve your strength and mobility with a workout designed to improve your everyday movements. This class uses interval based training methods in a circuit style for a full body workout. Learn innovative ways to improve your overall strength from Rec Sports personal trainers.

Courtyard Fitness 

  • Take your training outdoors with this full-body, high-intensity workout. Courtyard Fitness combines strength-based circuits with fresh air.

Stretch & Recovery 

  • Support your training with a flexibility, mobility, and active recovery class. It's ideal for reducing soreness, improving range of motion and enhancing overall performance.
