With progressive programming and a strong sense of community, you’ll build strength, skill, and confidence together.

Small Group Training Formats
Olympic Lifting

Learn the fundamentals of Olympic-style weightlifting. This class focuses on proper technique for key lifts, including the snatch, clean and jerk. You'll develop explosive power, improve mobility and build confidence with the barbell through progressive instruction and hands-on coaching.
Kickboxing

Elevate your fitness with this dynamic, music-driven class that blends cardio and strength. You'll learn striking techniques, improve coordination and build endurance.
Functional Training

Boost your strength, mobility, and overall fitness with exercises designed to enhance everyday movement. This class focuses on core stability, balance and agility using a variety of equipment and bodyweight movements.
Courtyard Fitness

Take your training outdoors with this full-body, high-intensity workout. Courtyard Fitness combines strength-based circuits with fresh air.
Stretch & Recovery

Support your training with a flexibility, mobility, and active recovery class. It's ideal for reducing soreness, improving range of motion and enhancing overall performance.
