Functional Training

Improve your strength and mobility with a workout designed to improve your everyday movements. This class uses interval based training methods in a circuit style for a full body workout. Learn innovative ways to improve your overall strength from Rec Sports personal trainers.
Courtyard Fitness

Take your training outdoors with this full-body, high-intensity workout. Courtyard Fitness combines strength-based circuits with fresh air.
Stretch & Recovery

Support your training with a flexibility, mobility, and active recovery class. It's ideal for reducing soreness, improving range of motion and enhancing overall performance.
