Wellness Week

Explore. Move. Connect. 

Held at the start of fall, winter, and spring terms, Wellness Week offers free classes and opportunities to explore everything the Rec Sports Fitness & Wellness Team has to offer. From training and group fitness to wellness resources and community connection.

Wellness Week Activities

Offered during the first week of fall, winter and spring terms, Wellness Week features a variety of free events and activities designed to support your physical and mental well-being. Highlights include:

Small Group Training

  • A hands-on training experience featuring free Small Group Training classes, a DAM Fit trial and an opportunity to meet Rec Sports trainers. 

Empower Hours

Fit Fest

  • A variety of free Group Fitness classes.

Rec Sports Fair (Fall term only)

Learn about all the programs and services offered by Rec Sports including all the Oregon State University sport clubs.

Wellness Week Schedule 

Fall Term (Sept. 22-Sept. 26)

  • Monday: Rec Sports Fair
  • Tuesday: No scheduled events
  • Wednesday: Small Group Training Day (5–7 PM)
  • Thursday: Empower Hour (5–7 PM) & Wellness Activity (4–6 PM)
  • Friday: Fit Fest (4–5 PM)

 

Winter (Jan 5.-Jan 9) and Spring Terms (March 30-April 3)

  • Monday – Open House
  • Tuesday – Wellness Activity
  • Wednesday – Small Group Training Day
  • Thursday – Empower Hour
  • Friday – Fit Fest
