Wellness Week Activities
Offered during the first week of fall, winter and spring terms, Wellness Week features a variety of free events and activities designed to support your physical and mental well-being. Highlights include:
Small Group Training
- A hands-on training experience featuring free Small Group Training classes, a DAM Fit trial and an opportunity to meet Rec Sports trainers.
Empower Hours

Fit Fest
- A variety of free Group Fitness classes.

Rec Sports Fair (Fall term only)

Fall Term (Sept. 22-Sept. 26)
- Monday: Rec Sports Fair
- Tuesday: No scheduled events
- Wednesday: Small Group Training Day (5–7 PM)
- Thursday: Empower Hour (5–7 PM) & Wellness Activity (4–6 PM)
- Friday: Fit Fest (4–5 PM)
Winter (Jan 5.-Jan 9) and Spring Terms (March 30-April 3)
