Group Training - DAM Fit
DAM Fit is a group training class led by certified trainers, featuring a variety of workouts happening simultaneously. It incorporates strength, agility and cardio into a high-intensity interval training workout that allows you to push yourself as much as you're comfortable.

Fitness Assessments
Our fitness assessments utilize InBody Body Compostion Analysis. The InBody system uses Bioelectric Impedance Analysis (BIA) to complete a non-invasive quick analysis of your body composition. The analysis provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat and water in less than 1 minute.
We also offer Movement Assessment appointments. These help you assess how your body moves through the five primary movements that make up our everyday lives. This 60 minute appointment will include assessment of posture, lower body movement, upper body movement, and rotation.
