Strength Classes

Aqua Fit 

  • Challenge your full body with high-intensity interval training in the pool. The increased resistance of the water challenges muscles while keeping a low impact on joints. Swimming experience is not required. Flotation belts are available for use during sessions. This class is not being offered in winter 2025. 

BEavSTRONG

  • Elevate your fitness with our dynamic 45-minute music-driven strength-training class, designed to empower every muscle group.

Functional Training
