Group Fitness Classes

  • Over 50 weekly fitness classes are offered day and night during the fall, winter and spring terms. Enjoy over 20 weekly classes during the summer. 
  • Select from your favorite formats: Cycling, Dance Fit, Aqua Fit, Pilates, BEavSTRONG and Mindfulness.

  • Build the essential skills to start your fitness journey. Fitness Foundations classes are offered during Fit Fest on the first Saturday of fall, winter and spring terms. 
  • Classes introduce popular formats such as interval training, yoga, meditation and more.
