  • Runners will be issued a number at the race.

Pre-Event

  • Participants should arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the race for registration.
  • The course will be marked with cones 1 hour prior to the event. Participants are allowed to walk or run the course prior to the event.
  • Course maps will be available in the Sport Clubs and Intramurals Office 1 week prior to the event.

Event Structure

  • All participants will begin the race at the same time.

Conduct

The Intramurals program promotes positive sportsmanship at all contests and activities. Unsportsmanlike conduct includes actions which are unbecoming to an ethical, fair, and honorable individual. It consists of acts of deceit, disrespect, or vulgarity and includes taunting.

Ejections

Any player ejected from a game will be immediately suspended from participating in all Intramurals activities. The ejected player must then make an appointment with the Coordinator of Intramurals and Sport Coordinator to determine the length of suspension and any other sanctions. The following actions can result in ejections from Intramurals:

  • Improper language
  • Unsporting conduct
