As people grow older they can lose that passion for movement. Exercise is a chance to to rediscover the enjoyment of movement, and increase ones mobility and skill. It is not just for the person competing in sport activities, but it is for anyone looking to improve quality of life and get back in touch with movement.

Wellness is about finding movement that you enjoy and fueling your body to perform that movement. As a trainer, I want to help you find your “niche” in fitness by introducing you to new movements, equipment, and training styles. Being active and having a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be boring and “no fun,” it should be fun, invigorating, and spontaneous. I want to bring a new light to exercise.
