Fitness Philosophy: It only gets better. Everyone needs a starting point! Whether you have been training for years, or you have just started, just know that the day you begin, you will only get better, stronger, leaner, and more athletic. Just gotta keep on, keepin’ on! Remember your goals and what drives you the most. My job is to remind you of your goals, guide you, and make sure you have fun while doing it!
I enjoy eating primarily, then my jobs (marketing and fitness associates), anything outdoors (skiing, hiking/ exploring, etc), and being around people I love (family, friends, dogs).
