Looking for a challenging workout or to relieve stress in a safe and supportive group environment? With over 70 classes offered each week, during the academic year, Group Fitness Classes allow you to pick and choose classes as they fit in your schedule and meet your fitness needs.
To participate in a Group Fitness class, OSU students or Recreational Sports Members must purchase a Group Fitness Pass at Recreation Services or online. You can purchase a drop-in single class pass or you can choose from annual, 9-month and term pass options all of which give you unlimited access to all Group Fitness Classes.
Once you have purchased a Group Fitness Pass, you must show your student ID at west entry and request a pass for the class you wish to attend. Passes will be available from 15 minutes before class up until class begins.

Does an hour on a bike seem long to you? Then this is the class for you. Get in and get out! 45-minute cycling is here! Whether this is the first time on an indoor bike or you are an avid cycler this class is for you! Interval-based for a customized workout catered to your fitness and energy level for the day.
High-intensity interval cycling is ideal if you’re looking to introduce high-intensity to your training. The 30-minute cycling workout allows you to push your physical and mental limits in a safe environment. It features bursts of intensity to work you as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest, allowing you to prepare for the next effort. Busy people need this class, get in and get out and relieve some stress.

Conquer an upbeat, 45-minute ride. Intervals style rides with hills, sprints, endurance climbs, and flat road breakaways. All riders welcome.

BEAVER FIT (SPRING 2019 OUTDOOR CLASS)
Move your body the way it is meant to be moved with a 45-minute, total body interval workout. Workouts are comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport: squatting, running, jumping, climbing, pushing, and pulling. Every workout is uniquely designed for all fitness levels to push your limits and help you improve. Spring 2019 classes meet in the Dixon Recreation Center Atrium prior to moving outside.
Join us for this 45-minute instructor-led class in Weight Room #2 on our beautiful free motion equipment. This circuit class will give you a full body workout and will send you out feeling like a whole new person. This 1-hour yoga class encourages a slower, but thorough Yoga experience. Enjoy a vigorous array of flowing asana coupled with some meditation and yoga philosophy. Cultivate increased flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, and peace of mind, body, and heart. All levels will be challenged. Bring your energy!
