Looking for a challenging workout or to relieve stress in a safe and supportive group environment? With over 70 classes offered each week, during the academic year, Group Fitness Classes allow you to pick and choose classes as they fit in your schedule and meet your fitness needs.
To participate in a Group Fitness class, OSU students or Recreational Sports Members must purchase a Group Fitness Pass at Recreation Services or online. You can purchase a drop-in single class pass or you can choose from annual, 9-month and term pass options all of which give you unlimited access to all Group Fitness Classes.
Once you have purchased a Group Fitness Pass, you must show your student ID at west entry and request a pass for the class you wish to attend. Passes will be available from 15 minutes before class up until class begins.

We want to bring you the most exciting, cardio training in Corvallis with this club-like experience. Emerge feeling stronger and accomplished with this uplifting 45-minute class.

This circuit class will give you a full body workout and will send you out feeling like a whole new person. Great for all levels whether you are a first-time lifter or just what you need to get you out of your box!
Interval training is one of the most effective types of high-intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for. Work the “core” of your body including abs, low back, and the entire torso.
Set to upbeat music; be prepared to bring it to the mat. You will move at a pace designed to build internal heat, engage and build core strength, and increase flexibility. You will experience stress reduction, increased blood circulation, more flexibility and strength. This is an all levels Yoga class.
STRENGTH & BALANCE YOGA
This yoga class is suitable for beginning to advanced level students. It is designed to improve flexibility, focus, and strength. You will be led through a variety of poses with an emphasis on the breath. This flow class will leave you feeling balanced, grounded, and energized.

Vinyasa Yoga/Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States. Also sometimes called "Vinyasa Flow Yoga," this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. Upbeat music and breath work will be included for powerful energetic flow sequences.
