DAM Fit (HIIT) Group Training

Elevate your fitness with DAM Fit group training, featuring guided high-intensity interval workouts that combine cardio and strength. All abilities are welcome to get motivated, get strong and get DAM Fit!

What is DAM Fit?

  • DAM Fit combines cardio, strength and agility
  • It's led by certified trainers
  • It focuses on safety for participants at all fitness levels
  • A supportive cohort works out together three times weekly

DAM Fit Schedule & Details

  • Three one-hour sessions per week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays of fall, winter and spring terms. 
  • Sessions are offered at noon and 5 p.m.
  • Sessions are held on the McAlexander Fieldhouse turf field
  • Registration is open to Rec Sports members
  • You must register by Friday, Week 2 of the term
  • The price is $60 per term

Free DAM Fit Trial

Rec Sports members can try DAM Fit for free at the DAM Fit Trial, which happens the Wednesday of Week 1 fall, winter and spring term.
