Jerk

  • Continue your journey in our Olympic Lifting series with our second class focused on completing the Jerk Olympic Lifting. This class will go over both the Power Jerk and Split Jerk techniques. 

Snatch

  • The third class in our third Olympic Lifting series is designed to refine your technique and elevate your lifting skills in completing the Snatch Olympic lift.
