Friday Night After Dark Programs 

Guided Meditation - April 3, 8 - 9 p.m., 20 minutes of guided meditation will be followed by group conversation about ways to find your "center" amidst stress.

Pet Hour - April 10, 8 - 9 p.m., Remote work and learning can be tough, but those with pets may find that their domestic companions are elated to add distraction and joy to the experience. Join us for an hour of sharing pictures, stories, and how our pets near and far can add to our wellbeing and activity levels.

Candelit Yin Yoga - Friday, April 24, 7 - 8 p.m., Unwind from the week with a soothing evening Candlelit Yin flow.
