Spend your summer mornings with Recreational Sports as a member of U-Fit! This fun and active program is for Oregon State University faculty and staff who want to get and stay active.

About U-Fit:U-Fit

U- Fit is designed for OSU faculty & staff who:

  • Are new to physical activity and exercising
  • Want to build the skills and confidence to become regularly physically active
  • Need support and motivation to become and stay active
  • Have little to no experience in a gym setting


Program Details:

      Dates: July 9, 2013 – August 15, 2013

      Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays

      Time: 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.

      Location: Dixon Recreation Center


U-Fit & Recreational Sports:

U-Fit participants must also be Recreational Sports members.

Not a Recreational Sports Member? No worries! Beginning June 3, purchase your summer membership to Recreational Sports for just $83 at the Recreation Services Desk inside of Dixon’s West Entry. Your summer membership is valid until September 27. On days when you’re not sweating with U-Fit, use our facilities and services to stay active!

  • $20 for the 6-week program
  • This fee is non-refundable


How do I sign up?

  • Beginning Monday, June 3, 2013, visit the Recreation Services Desk in Dixon’s West Entry and purchase your Recreational Sports summer membership and register for U-Fit. Please bring your OSU ID Card.
  • There is a 20-participant maximum for each session (Monday/Wednesday & Tuesday/Thursday). Sign up early to secure your spot!
  • Registration closes Friday, July 5, at 4 p.m.
