Looking for a challenging workout or to relieve stress in a safe and supportive group environment? With over 70 classes offered each week, during the academic year, Group Fitness Classes allow you to pick and choose classes as they fit in your schedule and meet your fitness needs.
To participate in a Group Fitness class, OSU students or Recreational Sports Members must purchase a Fit Pass at Recreation Services. You can purchase a drop-in single class pass or you can choose from annual, 9-month and term pass options all of which give you unlimited access to all Group Fitness Classes. Times, days of the week, locations, and descriptions of classes can be found in the Group Fitness Schedule & Descriptions.
Once you have purchased a FitPass you must show your student ID at west entry and request a pass for the class you wish to attend. Passes will be available from 15 minutes prior to class up until class begins.

Every day should include one of these great cardio conditioning classes. Instructors will lead you through a variety of rides including hills, sprints, rolling hills and team riding all set to great motivating music.
Perfect study break for a Sunday afternoon. Come ride with Paige a fun up beat 45 minute ride. Intervals style rides with hills, sprints, endurance climbs and flat road breakaways. All riders welcome.

This class always begins with centering and breath work, then moving from smaller to larger range of motion movements and postures. Sun Salutations usually included followed by inversion play and cooling twists and five minutes of savasana (or rest). Requests always welcome.

Sculpt yoga is great for all levels. This class is a total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining yoga postures with weights. The sequences will help you build strength and flexibility, linking breath with movement as you move through the postures. I focus on making the class super fun and a great workout for everyone!
